MyCampusEntry provides online directory services, course comparison engines, student feedback platforms, and professional college counseling guides. Please note that our counseling guidance is strictly advisory. We do NOT guarantee admissions, placement outcomes, or scholarships to any particular college or university.
3. User Conduct & Accounts
When you create an account or request guidance on the Platform: • You must provide accurate, current, and complete details about your academic scores and profile. • You agree not to submit false, misleading, or abusive college reviews or comments. • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property on the Platform — including layout designs, CSS codes, branding, original college articles, guides, and review indices — belongs to MyCampusEntry. You may not copy, scrape, distribute, or modify any section of the website without our explicit written consent.
5. Accuracy & Verification of College Data
We make every effort to display accurate, updated fee structures, placement records, and accreditation statuses. However, colleges and regulatory bodies (such as AICTE, UGC, or MCI) regularly modify their parameters. You are strongly advised to verify admission deadlines, fees, and eligibility directly with the official college administration before submitting applications.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCampusEntry and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your reliance on platform data, counseling suggestions, or third-party links.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
